WATER RATES
Base Rate - $19.50 (for ¾ inch meter)
1 - 5,000 Gallons $5.05 (per 1,000 gal.)
5,001 -12,000 Gallons $7.18 (per 1,000 gal)
12,001 Gallons & over $9.30 (per 1,000 gal)
*A minimum fee of $19.50 for water service and $12.00 for sewer service will be charged monthly for 3/4 inch meter. All customers will be required to pay the minimum fee whether the meter is active or not. Customers can choose to have the meter removed, and will be charged $125.00 for reinstallation. MONTHLY MINIMUM FEE FOR WATER METERS ABOVE 3/4 INCH WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: 1 inch meter ....................................$30.50

2 inch meter....................................$83.00
3 inch meter...................................$100.00

SEWER RATES
$5.30 per 1,000 gallons of water use, plus the $12.00 monthly basic charge.
Meters above 3/4 inch will be charged monthly minimum fees as follows:

2 inch meter..................................$63.30
3 inch meter..................................$86.20
4 inch meter.................................$126.60
6 inch meter.................................$150.10
8 inch meter.................................$230.40
*SENIOR CITIZENS: Upon proper application a discount of $15 monthly will be applied to the minimum water bill in which the head of the household is 65 years of age or older. Applicant must also verify through their latest tax return that total household income is less than $20,650 annually.
